The SIRP&DC Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) program consists of dollars made available by the Illinois Department of Commerce & Community Affairs (DCCA), the Economic Development Administration (EDA), and Rural Development. The dollars are to be used for eligible projects within the five counties serviced by Southeastern Illinois Regional Planning & Development Commission. These funds are available for new or expanding businesses, and in some instances, the retention of existing businesses. These dollars provide a source of low interest, fixed rate financing and an incentive for participation in a project by a conventional financial institution. In addition, the RLF program can take a subordinated position to the lending institution.
SIRPDC name does not discriminate in admission, access to, treatment or employment in programs or activities on the basis of a handicap in violation of section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
